Lance in CS:Source Squad

Posted by: pvell

You got Cky’s spot in Rio Sinistro. How do you feel changing to CS:Source?
Lance:
Well, I plaid already in the combine and I’m really feeling very good playing Source and the CGS rules are greats.

Don’t you think is a problem to change a line-up a couple of weeks before the World’s Final?
Lance:
Rio Sinistro is talking to me since the Combine in Mexico. At that time MiBR proposed to g3x to make just one organization (MiBR) with two teams for the two games, Source and 1.6 and this was arranged. Before the beginning of the tournament I was listed in MiBR’s line-up for the draft instead of Jorginho, but the CGS organizers did not allowed this change. So I was already the first option for Source Taxi player. Since we realize that to schedule one appointment for Visa in São Paulo was taking 2 to 3 months and Cky did not have the Visa, I start to practice with Rio Sinistro. What I think is a problem is that the whole team just started to practice Source after the Combine. Two months is not much to know all differences between Source and 1.6 and we will face very experienced Source squads in the finals.

How is this practice?
Lance:
We are practicing with some Brazilians team on the internet every day, since I came back from Los Angeles. The practice is very good, RIO is making some improvements. I hope will be better and better until the beginning of the World Finals.

What is the team plans for practice now?
Lance:
We are going to travel to LA on November 24 and practicing with Americans teams. Before that we are still playing with some Brazilians teams.

What is your prediction for the team?
Lance:
I expect to win all the Counter-Strike: Source matches and I hope that the other games Rio players make a good tournament, then we can go to the finals.

Lance:

Lance:
